In 2014 JT Harden had this idea to bring people closer to the things they love and they will do the marketing for you. Having been in the medical industry, as well as the outdoor industry he saw many similarities in the two. Most of all the failed attempts at creative marketing. Many people have great ideas, but when it came to execution, they lacked the ability to hit the target market. As an Entrepreneur JT had started many different companies before finding his niche.
This niche led him to create F-3 Media, a one stop shop for companies looking to help build their brand. Putting together a team of graphic artists, videographers, photographers, writers, social media directors, and editors to help take the brands to the next level. F-3 Media has made a name for creating unique branded content for their client portfolio. Whether it be TV productions, social media management, motion graphics, commercials, graphic art, or assisted marketing, F-3 Media can cater to your needs.

JT Harden is the proud owner of F-3 Media, a creative agency that specializes in crafting high-quality, compelling content for brands and businesses. With a background in both creative production and strategic leadership, JT has built F-3 Media into a trusted name known for its innovative approach and impactful media solutions.
Before venturing into the world of media, JT served in the United States Air Force, where he developed discipline, teamwork, and a strong sense of service. His military experience shaped his work ethic and his commitment to excellence, both of which have been essential to his success in business.
Outside of his professional life, JT is an avid outdoorsman who finds solace and adventure in nature. Whether he’s fishing, hunting, or hiking, he values time spent outdoors, using it as a way to recharge and connect with the natural world. Fishing, in particular, is a lifelong passion that allows him to share meaningful experiences with friends and fellow anglers.
Above all, JT is a devoted husband and father of four. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he strives to lead by example, teaching his children the importance of hard work, integrity, and pursuing their passions. His dedication to both his family and his business reflects his belief in balancing personal fulfillment with professional success.

DEVIN GREENWOOD
VP OF VIDEO PRODUCTION
Devin Greenwood is the Vice President of F3 Media video production. Devin is a graduate of Pittsburg State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Technology with an emphasis in Commercial Graphics. After graduation, Devin knew he wanted to do something in the outdoor industry, because of his love for hunting and fishing. Devin started his internship with F3 Entertainment, now known as F3 media in 2012. In 2013, Devin accept the job as a lead editor, working on outdoor television shows seen on Pursuit, Sportsman, and Outdoor Channel. In 2017 he accepted the position of Vice President of Video Production. Devin now manages all television show production, product videos, commercials, and photography for F3’s clients. Devin lives in Diamond, Missouri with his wife Chelsey and son Wilder.
JOSH MATTHEWS
SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Josh Matthews grew up outside of Joplin Missouri with a passion for hunting and fishing. This passion led him to pursue a career as a professional guide in 2010 while being a cameraman for an outdoor television show. He grew to love running the camera and taking quality photography. This was a perfect transition to becoming a F-3 Media social media content creator and account manager. In his free time, you can find Josh in the turkey woods or duck marsh.
KEVIN GAUTHIER
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Kevin Gauthier has over 14 years of experience producing high-quality graphics and animation. He earned his BA degree in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institute of Atlanta and has worked as a graphics animator for one of America’s largest outdoor retailers in the nation. Kevin has over 20 award-winning graphics including Telly, Addy, Communicator and Golden Moose awards. He prides himself on using cutting-edge technology to bring F-3 Medias ideas to life. Kevin Gauthier lives in Springfield, Missouri.
COLSON BURST
COLLEGE INTERN - CONTENT CREATOR
Colson Brust is a dedicated college student at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, pursuing his academic and professional goals with passion. Originally from the small town of Carthage, Missouri, Colson is deeply rooted in the values of community and hard work. Outside of his studies, he finds balance and relaxation in the great outdoors—whether he’s hunting in the forests of Missouri or fishing in local lakes, he enjoys spending time in nature. Colson is also committed to his job, where he values the opportunity to gain experience and develop new skills. When he has a chance to unwind, you can often find him on the golf course, perfecting his swing and enjoying a round with friends. With a strong work ethic and a love for adventure, Colson is always eager to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
